Tax Forms

Because of federal budget cuts the IRS will be sending us a very basic set of forms but no instruction books. We currently have 500 copies of the 1040EZ forms and 750 copies of the 1040A.

You have three options for obtaining forms and publications beyond what we receieve:

  • Order them by calling the IRS at 1-800-829-3676
  • Request forms online
  • Print forms from the IRS website

We have a very limited quantity of Massachusetts non-resident forms. Once these are gone, we will not receive more. The state of NH no longer distributes interest and dividend income tax forms. NH and MA forms are available online using the links below:

Free, in-person tax preparation assistance is available in many locations throughout New Hampshire. Click here to schedule an appointment.
